Step 2: Create Your First Listing

Listings are how clients discover your services. Each listing represents a treatment or service you offer.

Common Questions

How quickly will I receive payments? Earnings are released 24 hours after the appointment and paid weekly to your bank.

Can I cancel a booking? Yes, but frequent cancellations affect your rating. Cancel well in advance and notify the client immediately.

What if a client doesn't show up? No-show policies are set per listing. If the client cancels within your policy window, you may retain a cancellation fee per your listing terms.

Do I need public liability insurance? We recommend all mobile and home-salon professionals carry public liability insurance. It is your responsibility to maintain appropriate cover.
